Hugo Quevedo
Hugo Quevedo has more than 30 years of experience advising listed and private companies, banks and organisations across corporate, financial and legal matters.
His experience spans infrastructure, natural resources and energy, with particular expertise in cross-border transactions, corporate governance and complex commercial matters.
He has served as chairman, director and adviser to companies across a number of international markets, including Argentina, Norway and Colombia.
Martin Hull
Martin Hull has more than 25 years of experience across investment banking, energy, natural resources and infrastructure.
He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Echo Energy PLC, now Nativo Resources PLC, an AIM-listed international energy company with operations focused on Latin America, before subsequently serving as a Non-Executive Director.
Prior to this, Martin spent 18 years at Rothschild & Co, where he became a Managing Director and advised on a broad range of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and debt restructurings.
Juan Manuel Santucci
Juan Manuel Santucci has more than 20 years of experience across executive leadership, investment and financial management in Latin America.
He currently serves as Chief General Manager at PangeaCo, a company focused on fibre-to-the-home infrastructure and business-to-business commercial monetisation in Lima, Peru.
His experience includes business transformation, capital allocation, operational improvement and financial management across both growth businesses and established organisations.

Javier Alvarez has more than 30 years of experience in project development across energy, natural resources and sustainable development in Latin America, Africa and Europe.
Since 2007, he has served on the Board of Directors of the British Argentine Chamber of Commerce and has served as Chairman since 2022. He is also a board member of the Council of Foreign Chambers of Commerce in the United Kingdom.
Javier joined the Board of Andina Energies PLC in 2022, where he previously served as Chairman and currently serves as Deputy Chairman.
From 2012 to 2020, he served as a Non-Executive Director of Andes Energía PLC, now Phoenix Global Resources PLC.
